Pippa first stayed with PetStay in 2007 and as we had never left her we were very anxious owners. After speaking to PetStay with a promise that Pippa would be fine and well loved we went ahead and met Pippa’s carer. We must say we were amazed how wonderful the carers were and really inpressed with the care and attention that has gone into making a safe place for a dog to stay. We went on our holiday with complete peace of mind. We would highly recommend PetStay to anyone. Ben Sullivan, Hull, East Yorkshire

Molly & Cocoa

Molly & Cocoa are two Golden Retrievers who need lots of exercise and love. After visiting Lesley one of PetStay carers we had no hesitation on booking with PetStay. The garden was secure and very large. Their carer took lots of pictures of them and wrote a diary of their stay. I had been recommended PetStay by a friend at work and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this service to any dog owners who want a real alternative to kennels. Kerry Atkinson, East Riding

Lucy & Leo have stayed with PetStay many times and each time we have collected them they have been happy and healthy and quiet happy to stay longer. Kennels would never have been a choice for our dogs so we were so glad that we found PetStay. Lucy and Leo just love staying with their carers, we never worry about them. Lucy & Leo like human company and don’t like to be left alone, they need lots of love and cuddles which PetStay provide. Elaine –Vine Jenkins, East Riding

Cassie & Lucy

Cassie & Lucy had never stayed in kennels before but we had been lucky enough to have family members to look after them but when all this changed we were lost until we found PetStay. We found a home-from-home for our dogs. When we drop them off their tails are going mad as they are so happy and excited. I do think they are a little spoilt whilst they are with their carers but we wouldn’t leave them anywhere else. Carole Davy owner of PetStay. Hull,  East Yorkshire

Just wanted to let you know how wonderful Pauline and Malcolm were with Harvey.  I was more  than happy with the service they provided.  I  could tell when I picked Harvey up that he was relaxed and felt at home in their home.  Next time I need someone to care for Harvey I hope Pauline and Malcolm are available.

Thanks so much for finding Harvey such a wonderful place to stay, which in turn made our holiday really enjoyable.   Julie Petch, Barnsley, South Yorkshire

We have left our two greyhounds, Jake and Lucy, with PetStay carers on several occasions. I can honestly say that all of the carers have been brilliant : so much so that our dogs have sometimes been reluctant to leave! We have always returned to find the dogs relaxed and happy, and it makes a big difference for us knowing that we do not have to worry about them at all during our absence. The carers are happy to follow our dogs' routines, not the other way round, as is so often the case at kennels. The booking process is straightforward, and we have always found Carole to be friendly and helpful. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending PetStay to anyone, and have, indeed, passed their details on to other dog-owning friends.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say how pleased I was with the care Hollie received last week while staying with Carol and Barry.  I also wanted to thank you for all your efforts in arranging it. It has totally put my mind at ease about leaving Hollie with carers and I wouldn't hesitate to use your service again. I was so happy with the service that I have booked a two week holiday nextyear and would be grateful if you could check if they would be available.  Katherine, Barnsley, South Yorkshire

We just wanted to write to say a big thank you to PetStay for looking after our Cocker Spaniel Molly.  We were both very, very impressed with the services on offer from PetStay and must praise Maggie in her care of Molly.  It made a big difference to our holiday, knowing that Molly was being cared for in a home  environment by someone who so obviously loved dogs and was experienced in dog  ownership. We would not hesitate to use PetStay again and we are recommending you to our dog owner friends and family who have all been interested.    Pip, Linda,  Lincolnshire

This will be the fourth year that Daisy has stayed with carers Ken and Sue while we visit our son and family in South Africa. We can leave her behind with the confidence that the care she will receive is second to none. We know from past years that she enjoys her "holiday", the way she greets Ken and Sue plus her first dash to the "treat cupboard" is  a good testimony to this. We would never have been happy leaving Daisy in kennels and from our first meeting with her future careers our peace of mind was assured, we would wholeheartedly recommend PetStay to anyone looking for a kennel alternative.  Pat, York, North Yorkshire

I have to say that we are so pleased that we found PetStay, I never worry about Charlie now  when we are away and he is always pleased to see the family when we drop him off.    Pat,  Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Callie & Mac have stayed with Lesley and with Jenny both of whom I highly recommend and would use either of them again.   Christine, East Riding of Yorkshire

"Carole runs a great service and always comes up with a solution, even at short notice. All the carers that Toots and Frenchie have been placed with have been without fault, are well educated about dogs and clearly love animals. After having used this service, I would never put my dogs in kennels again. PetStay comes highly recommended."   Catherine, Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

Finding someone who will agree to home board a giant breed dog is not the easiest thing to do but Carole at PetStay took on the challenge and pointed us to a great summer holiday home!  It was clear that he was going to be in safe, experienced hands which made leaving him for 3 weeks a lot easier.  We returned to find a happy, healthy dog and boarders who had developed a genuine fondness for him.  We have already booked again!  Thank you so much. Louise,  Shipley, West Yorkshire.

Poppy & Sooty always enjoy their PetStay. Just like being at home. Sleep, eat, walk, Sleep eat walk etc etc  Thanks again.   Ann, Leeds

" Just to say I am thrilled about discovering PetStay - giving me the peace of mind that Edith has as good a holiday as I do!"

Mrs Brown, Halifax

PetStay is a home from home for your pet.   My dog Buster is always excited to go to his carers, and I can relax knowing he  is having fun.  Helen, York

Our experience with pet stay has been very good. Very staight forward profesional service.

Our regular carers Anne & George are great. They seem to take our 2 mad spaniels in thier stride. Spice and Inka are very happy to go stay and greet Anne & George as long lost friends. I'm sure they are spoilt a bit while they are there and make themselves at home the minute they go in the door. Spice and Inka are fed a raw food diet and Anne & George make space in their freezer so we can take a weeks worth of frozen food! When we go away and leave the dogs we can relax and enjoy our trip knowing they will be cared for and looked after as we would ourselves.   Hugh, Hull

Happy to say I have always been impressed with PetStay and the carers involved. Recommended PetStay to friends and also strangers who get chatting about dogs in general.    Liz, Leeds

We have used PetStay on a number of occassions over the past few years to accommodate our Labrador 'Cadbury'. Carole at PetStay, has always responded to our enquiry with speed, efficiency and in a most professional manner.  Our carer ' Pam ' has treated Cadbury as if he was her own, I cannot speak highly enough of the way in which she has looked after him. After years of having Cadbury in a kennel for our holidays and the anxiety that caused him and ourselves, I can only say I wish I had found out about PetStay before we did.  I have no hesitation in recommending PetStay to anyone who is considering having their pet cared for in their absence.' Charles, Wakefield
