E – liz@petstay.net
Hi, I am Liz and I run the PetStay Branch for Guildford and North Hampshire. I love dogs and I am now lucky enough to combine my working life with my passion for dogs.
My first dog was a crazy, lovable Collie cross from a local rescue centre and since then, all my dogs have been rescue dogs with various unfortunate backgrounds. Their unique sensitivities and insecurities have always been a challenge, but it also meant I could never leave them in kennels when I was on holiday. Instead I turned to home boarders because I felt this gave my dogs the personal care and security they required in a home environment.
Why Choose PetStay Guildford & North Hampshire Branch
PetStay are licensed and fully insured. We carefully select our dog carers using a strict criteria because we believe in providing the best possible service to our canine customers. Any stay is exclusive to your dog(s) and we never mix dogs from other households although some of our carers do have their own dogs. All new customers are required to undergo a meet and greet with the carer so that all parties are happy with upcoming stay.
Understanding the heartache that goes into choosing the right boarder and trusting them with your special dog, my commitment is to match your dog with the most suitable boarder, understanding that every dog requires something a little different.
Providing a home-from-home service whilst tailoring your dog’s requirements to their perfect carer. To start we would take all details of your dog and then match them to the most suitable carer. Next step for a meeting to be organised to visit your dog carer, this way everyone makes sure this is the best match. The carer will take details of your dog’s routine so they receive the very best possible care whilst staying with PetStay.
Dogs live in the Now, and at PetStay, our role is to provide the very best Now possible for your treasured pet whilst in our care.
My Dog Carers
All carers are experienced dog owners and just love dogs. You can choose to either board your dog/s alone, as there are no other dogs from other households staying but some of dog carers have a friendly dog of their own so it your dog enjoys company then this could be perfect, of course you would meet them to make sure everyone gets on. All our carers are fully insured and inspected by me to make sure they meet the requirements needed by the local authority.
Join my team of dog carers
We are always on the lookout for new dog carers to join my team. We pride ourselves on how we choose our carers.
Its perfect to enjoy the benefits a dog can bring to your home if you can’t have a full-time dog of your own.
We will always match the dog to your needs and of course you would meet them before you commit to any bookings. It’s a very flexible role and you will receive a daily allowance (Please see our ‘Become one of our Carers’ page)
If you have experience of dogs, have a secure garden, are at home most of the day, no children under 7 and feel you can give a dog a holiday home then please complete our carers form OR email us or better still give us a ring for an informal chat.

Frequently Asked Questions about becoming a PetStay Carer
What are the requirements of becoming a carer?
You must be a genuine dog lover, have experience of looking after dogs and you need to be home during the day so you have plenty of time to give to the dogs you are caring for. You must have a secure garden and agree to abide by PetStay guidelines. You are allowed to have a dog of your own as long as your dog gets on with other dogs.
How are your carers vetted?
If you meet all the requirements listed above, we will come and visit you at your home. We will check the security of the garden, explain PetStay procedures and show you the guidelines each carer needs to follow. If you are happy with everything and we feel you would make a suitable PetStay carer, we would follow up a reference and arrange public liability insurance for you.
How many dogs can I look after?
Our service is on a one-to-one basis, so only dogs from the same household will stay with you. You are allowed to take up to three dogs from the same household, BUT you choose what you are happy with. We will ask you how many dogs you would like to look after and what sized dog/s you would be happy to care for.
Do I have to provide the food?
No, the owner will bring any food or treats for the duration of the stay. Any toys, bedding, medication and leads will also be brought.
Does the dog/s have to be vaccinated?
Yes each dog MUST have up to date vaccinations, have been wormed and treated for fleas. Proof of the vaccinations will be brought to the meeting and shown to you.
What about walking the dogs?
All dogs should be taken out each day for walks. When you have your meeting with the owners all routines, including the number and length of walks, will be discussed. The dog is only ever walked on a lead.
What if the dog becomes ill?
We/you would endeavour to contact the owner or the emergency contact. The owner or the emergency contact would be liable for any expenses incurred in taking the dog to the vet.
Will I be paid?
You will receive a daily allowance starting from £20 per day.
What happens next?
If you are interested in becoming a carer, please ring us for an informal chat and ask any questions or email us with your details and we will come back to you. You can also use the contact form on the ‘contact us’ tab. If we feel you are suitable we would then arrange to visit you at home.

Our Reviews
Emma and Pete looked after our two retrievers as if they were their own. Emma’s attention to detail was very reassuring and we loved receiving the regular updates and video’s whilst we were on holiday. Highly recommend and we will definitely use them again.

I can’t thank Liz and her team enough for looking after our little Chihuahua Tink when we were recently away for a week. Tink needed to be solo boarded as she would of struggled being with other dogs (barked herself silly!!). We had to cancel our plans (like many people) over the years and Liz was so supportive and kind about it. Especially regarding deposits etc. Liz partnered Tink and I with Lynn, who we now fondly call “Aunty Lynn”. Lynn was everything a dog owner needed. Her patience and caring manner was the root to her success with our Chihuahua. Tink needed a bucket load of love and reassurance and Lynn gave that in abundance. Thank you Lynn for making our family holiday feel even more relaxing knowing that Tink was well looked after. Also, thank you Liz for facilitating and arranging the logistics behind the scenes. We will most definitely be recommending and using your great services again. Love, Claire + Tink

Vicki was brilliant, just amazing.
She is such a lovely person, who you can tell straightaway genuinely cares for dogs. Otis, her dog, was just lovely as well, and our 2 seemed to fit in really well with both of them.
While we were away, she sent us photos and pictures every day and updated us on them each time. She treated them, as they were her own, and we couldn’t ask for anything more from her. We were 100% confident, at ease and made our own holiday better and more relaxing, knowing that they were in the best hands possible.
We would not hesitation to recommend her/you to anyone and we will definitely be using PetStay again.
A massive thank you.

Luna
Our little Yorkie Luna had a wonderful stay with Vicki and Otis (Vicki’s lovely pup!) while we went on an overseas family visit. Vicki sent us daily updates photo’s and videos to show us how settled Luna was and put our mind at ease. Thank you Vicki for all you did!

Pippin
I can’t rate PetStay highly enough. Previously, Pippin has always gone happily to a local kennels which he enjoyed and where he was very well cared for. Sadly, a serious deterioration in his health including developing early heart failure, has meant that this was not a suitable option for him this year, so I needed to find an alternative where he could receive much more individualised care. After contacting several dog boarding providers, explaining his needs and asking whether there were any carers who could look after him, Liz at PetStay was the only one who responded. After a thorough discussion, she said she thought she had a highly experienced carer who could provide what he needed and a meet up was arranged. The meet up was a success; Pippin and the resident dog, Otis, got along well and it was clear that Vicki, the carer understood our concerns about leaving a delicate dog who required a considerable amount of medication and who could take a turn for the worse at any time. Even so, we were anxious about leaving him but we needn’t have been. Vicki was amazing, following my detailed instructions to the letter and coping brilliantly with giving up to eight different medications in various combinations three times a day, even when Pippin spat them out! Daily updates and video clips showed that he was well and happy and he had settled in well. He enjoyed having Otis for company and was thoroughly loved and spoiled in our absence. Knowing he was well and so well cared for meant that we could relax and enjoy our holiday too. A first rate experience all round. Thank you so much Liz, Vicki, Otis and PetStay for being brave enough to take on our much loved liability of a dog. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday home for him.

August 2021
We needed to go away for a couple of days to attend a family funeral at a time when our lovely rescue dog was still quite new to us. We decided we wanted to leave her with an experienced dog sitter due to a couple of traits namely that she can still be nervous with new people and has a high prey drive so can be a bit lively on walks. PetStay matched us up with Vicki and we could not be happier with the service. She took great care with our girl on walks and was gentle and welcoming with her so that, actually, you would barely know she was a nervous dog I cannot recommend Vicki and PetStay highly enough for so many reasons – the great care given, the initial meet up, the WhatsApp updates that were perfect for a nervous first time leaver like me :-). We have already rebooked!!

“We were so pleased that our girls had such a lovely time with Sharon. She and her husband both greeted us when we went to collect them. I’m so pleased she loved looking after them and I would not hesitate to leave “the girls” with her again.
Let’s hope things get back to normal before too long
Once again many thanks for your doggie match making skills!!

Farley
The reason I choose PetStay and carer Vicki is that Farley is the only dog boarding and can treat her home like his home. Farley is well looked after and I enjoy getting the pictures and video clips of what he has been up to whilst I am away. He is very settled and not stressed when left and happy when collected and I feel confident Farley is having a holiday too which makes me relax and not worry. I know he is kept on the lead and Vicki is alert for those small furry animals. It is also good that he is checked to make sure all his vaccinations are up to date and they have all the contact details they need.

Just to let you know that Misty and Willow’s stay with Vicky went very well. They had a lovely time, even sneaking a few naps on Vicky’s bed (little monkeys!).
Two very relaxed and happy dogs.

Darcy
Having used PetStay in the past we have always been happy with how our springer spaniel Darcy has been made to feel part of the sitters family from the start of her visit, and Sharon and her family were no exception. It is always comforting knowing your best friend is well looked after whilst you are away. Thank you Sharon and PetStay.

Archie and Harvey
Could not be happier with our experience with PetStay. From the initial consultation regarding our and our dogs’ needs to arranging a meet and greet prior to finalising the booking to finally leaving our dogs Archie and Harvey with Sharon, their sitter for the week. Both dogs were very happy and relaxed when we came to pick them up and we are absolutely confident that they were very well looked after. Would definitely re-book and recommend PetStay to anyone looking to find a professional, friendly and caring sitter for their furry children.

Saxon
Saxon had a lovely time (as did I, I feel like I had a mini holiday even though I was only away for 2 nights!) and Vicky was very good. She kept him entertained and mentally stimulated while not getting him over excited or overdoing it with physical activity because of his arthritis. A difficult balance when he is having fun and excited to be somewhere new!

Honey
Honey had a brilliant time staying with Sheila & her dogs. She was very well looked after and was treated as a member of their family from day one. Natasha organised everything very quickly and efficiently. She was always available to answer any questions l had and even sent updates of Honey’s holiday while l was away. I would highly recommend Petstay at Guildford if you want peace of mind whilst you’re on holiday and a friendly, reliable service.
Sarah & Honey – Woking, Surrey, June
Reilly
This was the fourth time Reilly stayed with Katherine and Tony. He was well looked after and had plenty of walks.
Katherine sent me a text when he had a small problem with his paw. She sent me a further text when he got better. She always lets me know how Reilly is settling down which gives me peace of mind when I am away.. I will use Katherine and Tony again when I next go away as I know that he will be well looked after
Ray & Reilly – Guildford Surrey, June
Scramble
This is Scrambles 2nd holiday with Petstay – and yet again he obviously had a whale of a time!
Sally and Brian gave me such a lovely welcome back. They obviously adored having Scramble (well – who wouldn’t – ha, ha!) and had given him the most wonderful stay. They really seemed taken with him and asked if they could be considered to look after him next time. Scramble was so happy when I picked him up, Sally and Brian will definitely be first choice when we go on holiday (possibly February for skiing). Thanks again Natasha.
Katharine & Scramble – Guildford Surrey, July 2018
Star
My crazy girl star recently stayed with Natasha at Petstay it’s the second time she has been and I have to say as always I’m one very proud and happy mummy.
Star is a typical naughty boxer but always good as gold at her favourite holiday home, I received regular updates on her and she looked very settled and happy.
I would recommend PetStay to all, she was safe and in a home environment which is what I needed for her. No kennels. Star will be looking forward to her next holiday with Natasha as always. Thank you again and see you next year!
Alix & Star – Farnborough – Hants, July 2017
Alfie & Spike
I was worried about going on holiday and leaving Spike and Alfie with someone new for two weeks. I had no need to worry, they were absolutely fine! I like the fact that I had regular updates including photos and videos and it gave me peace of mind to enjoy my holiday knowing they were well looked after.
Even when I went to collect them I was asked if I had time for a cup of tea so I didn’t feel that Vicky wanted to get rid of my dogs quickly so she could get on with her day. I am so relieved to have found someone I can rely on and will definitely be using Vicky’s services again.
Karen , Alfie & Spike – Farnborough – Hants, July 2017
Rosie
Just a quick email to say a huge thanks to you for matching us up with Vicki for our Westie Rosie. As explained as Rosie is now getting on for 14 years old she found her last stay in kennels extremely stressful and we decided no more and we needed to home board her.
On finding your website and reading all the good reviews I contacted you and was impressed with your speedy and helpful reply. The initial meeting with Vicki and her obvious love of dogs we knew that Rosie would be happy with her and felt so relived we could go away knowing she would be well looked after.
On collection Rosie was settled and contented with Vicki and after we got home she showed no signs of stress and settled back into her routine immediately. Vicki kept us up to date with photos, videos and messages which were lovely to receive.
I can highly recommend your service and can only speak about Vicki as she was our first home boarding but couldn’t have been more happy with her.
Thank you once again.
Best wishes
Sally & Roger Looseley – Godalming –Surrey, July 2017
Oscar
Oscar had a brilliant time with Zoe and came home a really chilled dog!!
Zoe has said she would happily have him back again. We are planning a big trip next year and will certainly book Oscar back in to stay with Zoe again then. Thank you Petstay Guildford.
Dr J Page & Oscar – June 2017 – Farnham, Surrey – June 2017
Teddy & Cooper
We were getting married abroad in May with all of our family coming with us and we were looking for someone to look after our dog and my parents’. We didn’t like the thought of kennels as both are very spoilt at home and wouldn’t settle well, we liked the idea of the dogs being together to give each other some home comfort. I spoke to Natasha over the phone and she was so helpful as we had never been through the process before. She gave excellent advice and reassurance. The family she found for us – Brian and Sally were amazing! Our doggies didn’t want to come home when we picked them up after 10 nights! They really did have a great time with the family, Cooper especially with their son Alexander. We kept in touch with Sally whilst we were away, via Whatsapp and received almost daily pictures which was really nice and allowed us to enjoy our holiday more knowing the dogs were settled. We would 100% recommend Petstay/Brian and Sally and wouldn’t think twice about leaving our dogs with them again. Thanks all!
Casey – Camberley Surrey – May 2017
Dylan
Natasha responded to my initial enquiry promptly and was friendly and helpful. She found a carer for my dog Dylan to stay with and the whole process – through form filling, meeting the carer and the actual stay went smoothly. I felt reassured that my dog was well looked after and cared for. I would have no hesitation in using this the next time we go away and have already recommended PetStay to others.
Vicky – Alton, Hampshire – March 2017
JayJay
Jay jay has been to stay with his holiday mummy twice now. The first time we left him we felt awful but was made to feel at ease and that he would be absolutely fine.
Jay jay being a boxer is very bouncy, has lots of energy and his own very weird ways which we thought somebody else may not be able to cope with. How wrong I was, his holiday mummy said he was really well behaved and made sure I was kept informed with pictures and messages that he was having a great holiday without us.
The second time we left him things felt a lot easier for us and him especially as he was able to go back to the same holiday mummy which was a huge relief for us.
I can not recommend PetStay enough they allowed us to have a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday knowing our gorgeous boy was being really well looked after.
After my great experience with petstay, I have now decided to join the team of holiday mums and dads to hopefully give peace of mind to others who may be stressing about having to leave their babies behind when they are unable to take them away with them.
Petstay is an amazing alternative to kennels and Jay jay and I look forward to meeting lots of new friends in the future.
Thank you Natasha and petstay for taking such great care of our boy.
Michelle – Farnborough, Hampshire – January 2017
Angel
Angel, my Weimaraner, has stayed with PetStay twice now & I wouldn’t want her to go anywhere else.
We’ve all had the worry of will our fur babies be ok, will the be loved, will they have cuddles when they need them. The answer with Petstay is yes & more! It really is a home from home.
Both times Angel has stayed with the same holiday family, which is so lovely
– I get pictures & messages everyday to let me know who she was getting on & I think it’s safe to say she was making herself at home!
I really can’t recommend Petstay enough. The only concern I’ve had is will Angel want to leave
Julia – Fleet, Hampshire – December 2016.
Guinness & Beau
“We have used Pet Stay on a number of occasions over the past year.
Not only have they been totally accommodating with short notice changes but Natasha, Elizabeth and Siobhain have treated our babies as their own.
Its like a holiday from home and with constant email, picture and text updates we know they are in good hands.
I would highly recommend Petstay as the dog sitting service of choice, professional, flexible, kind caring and reasonable charges as well.”
Pam & Alan – Camberley, Surrey – November 2016
Boston
“Our Petstay experience has been really good. From the start, Natasha was responsive and friendly, giving us all the information we needed to decide to put our dog with one of her carers. From taking detailed information about our dog’s likes and dislikes to arranging a trial visit with the carer so that we could be happy about our dogs getting on, and being secure in a new environment, everything was organised really efficiently.
I felt completely confident leaving my dog with Natasha and her team and he had a great time – it was so reassuring to know that while we were away, he was in a home environment, being well looked-after. I’ll definitely be using Petstay again and I would happily recommend them to other dog owners.”
Gill & Boston – Guildford – October 2016
Treacle
Treacle had a fantastic holiday as did we knowing that she was being really well looked after by Catherine and her family. We’d be more than happy to use PetStay again and will happily recommend you to our friends and family.
Sara & Treacle – Guildford, Surrey – October 2016
Chester
Just wanted to say thank you for finding the perfect holiday home for Chester during his 3 week stay. We were desperately unsure about putting our ever so slightly energetic German Pointer into kennels for such a long time, and it was our gundog trainer who suggested PetStay. We are so glad that she did. There is no doubt that Chester is thoroughly spoiled at home in terms of attention, so finding him suitable lodgings with a family who could give him the mental stimulation and playtime that he craves was unbelievable. Siobhain Peter and Kai were the perfect match for Chester and they also kept his pining parents in touch with regular pup-dates. I think they may have fallen a little bit in love with Chester, and I suspect the feeling is mutual. Just as well because we are planning some more holidays soon, and will have no hesitation about using Petstay again. Thanks Lots!!
Chris, Stephanie & Chester – Farnham, Surrey – September 2016
Lulu
We used PetStay for our precious little Cavachon Lulu who is only 9 months old. We were due to go on holiday and I just couldn’t bring myself to put her in ordinary Kennels.
Natasha from PetStay put us in touch with Andy and Wendy. We popped over with Lulu to meet them and see if Lulu would get on with them. They were lovely and I immediately felt relieved to leave her with them and know she would be in great hands.
They kept us updated with texts and photos while we were away which really made us happy and reassured to know she was having a lovely stay.
We will absolutely be using Andy and Wendy from PetStay again for sure.
Thanks Natasha for a fabulous seamless service and thanks Andy and Wendy for looking after our Lulu like we would.
Bridgette & Lulu – Guildford – July 2016
Lexi
Petstay was recommended to us by a friend and they’ve been brilliant. Natasha was really quick to respond with my queries on email and flexible when I had ever-changing dates for a set of long weekends away.
We’ve just had Lexi stay with a wonderful family in Guildford for 5 days. Katherine and Tony were so lovely, really welcoming and warm to us and Lexi when we first met. They were very relaxed and happy to stick go with our various feeding requests, sent us pictures of her fun on her Stoke Park walks and hear she settled really quickly when we left.
They have 2 cats who it turns out Lexi was a little too pleased to be around but Katherine and Tony were very cool about all the animals living under one roof, even when the cats decided to stay away a little more than usual (sorry guys!).
We know Lexi was treated with lots of love and attention which is such a great thing to know when you’re away from your pets right?
A thoroughly great service and really happy to have chosen them.
Emily & Dom, – Surrey – June 2016
Margot
PetStay have been wonderful. The booking system is so easy and my precious Margot was looked after so well. The team are flexible and their tailor made home boarding just for your dog is brilliant. To have peace of mind that my lovely girl was safe and well cared for – I cant put a price a on that! I have another 2 stays booked in and I’m sure Margot can’t wait to go back for more love, fun and games. Highly recommend.
J Jones, Hartney Wintney – May 2016
Oscar & Claudie
It was great to drop Oscar and Claudie off with Andy and Wendy again – they were immediately at home. It was just like dropping them off with family, and when we picked them up they were in a really lovely mood. It’s true, a real home from home and alternative to kennels….. it’s a great experience (especially compared to dropping them at kennels and leaving them with sad faces )
Mr Bateson, – Surrey – April 2016
Snowy
“I was worried about having Snowy stay with someone else, but PetStay were brilliant.
After my initial enquiry Natasha made contact and then took more details and came back with a couple of options. Snowy stayed with S in Camberley and had a wonderful stay. S was keen to understand the needs of Snowy and fulfilled them all. Snowy has stayed with several different people but S from Camberley was by fair the best.”
Mr Hall, – Surrey – April 2016
Bruce & Mollie
We can’t thank Elizabeth and her family enough for looking after the Bruce and Mollie. We have never left either of them with “strangers” in the past, so we were understandably nervous. Elizabeth was great. She sent us regular emails, which totally put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy the holiday.
It was also wonderful to be able to meet Elizabeth and her family prior to the dogs staying, so we felt like we knew them. The children were lovely and I know Bruce and Mollie would have enjoyed playing with them.
Lastly, I just wanted to say what a lovely family they are. They welcomed the dogs with such kindness and genuine pleasure. When we met them, we really felt like the family were not only going to look after the dogs but love them as well, which we really appreciated. Our dogs are very much part of our family and it’s lovely to see them treated the same way by others.
Ms C, – Yateley – April 2016
Scrappy & Teddy
I can’t recommend Petstay highly enough. My 2 boys stayed with Elizabeth and her family while we were in the USA for a fortnight. They were so well cared for they didn’t want to come home! Will definitely be back! Thank you.

We wanted to go away with extended family for a break in the sun – the only problem was Frank, our French Bulldog. He’s a quirky little chap and has only ever stayed with family members who know his idiosyncrasies.
We knew we didn’t want kennels, we wanted someone who could care for Frank like we did, but who? I contacted Natasha from Petstay Guildford; from the first phone call I felt confident that this was the right service for us. She asked so many questions about Frank that I felt she almost knew him from that first phone call. She went away and came back with some options of carers for Frank.
I met Vicki with her dog Billy for a walk, we sussed each other out and agreed an overnight trial stay would be good to check that Billy and Frank would get on.
Vicki was great with Frank, taking on all the information about him; our routine that had overcome his separation anxiety, his eating and sleeping habits, even his ‘trancing’ (YouTube it, if you don’t know what I mean).
When it came to leaving for the holiday, I was already relaxed, safe in the knowledge that Frank would enjoy his break just as much as we would.
On arriving home, it was clear Frank had been well looked after, his coat was soft, he looked in great condition and was even a bit reluctant to get in the car to come back home – surely that’s the best recommendation you’ll get.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PetStay and would personally like to thank Vicki for taking care of our Frankie and allowing us to relax on holiday knowing he was in good hands.
Gemma, – Guildford – March 2016
Sparky
Sparky had a fantastic time with both Clare & Natasha. He was very well cared for and came home a very happy dog. Received some lovely photos and updates whilst I was away so it put my mind at rest that he was well settled while I was out the country. Will definitely be using them again this year.
Mrs S – January 2016
Reilly
When I picked up Reilly form Andy’s I could see that he was well looked after. He even had a shampoo as his coat was shining. Andy and Wendy sent me an email when I was abroad to assure me that Reilly had settled in and felt at home on his holiday.
I would like to use Andy again when I go away for a holiday as I know that Reilly will be well looked after.
Thanks also to Natasha PetStay Guildford I found her very helpful. It was the first time that I had used PetStay and she helped me every step of the way.
Ray & Reilly – December 2015
Our 17 month old Labradoodle puppy stayed with Clare for two weeks whilst we were away. Clare was fantastic at keeping us informed and sent us photos regularly. Our pooch is pretty excitable but Clare and her family seemed to take this in their stride. This is a much better alternative to kennels and the peace of mind gained from knowing that your dog is staying with people who understand and love them is priceless
David & Dexter – November 2015
Billy
We found PetStay online and sent an email, Natasha kindly responded very quickly to our message and set about finding somewhere for our little dog Billy to spend 10 days whilst we went on holiday.
Billy went to stay with a lovely couple and immediately made himself at home, Natasha also updated me by email as to how he was doing which was really reassuring….when I picked Billy up I was told he was welcome back anytime. ..a fantastic service that is home from home for pets.
I will definitely be using Petstay again.
Estelle, Farnham, Surrey – November 2015
Filey
JI would just like to say a big thank you for the fantastic care my dog Filey was given while we were on holiday. Siobhain and her family looked after Filey so well and gave me constant updates on how Filey was doing and what he was up to. I feel they gave him lots of TLC and he came home looking happy and well. I will definitely be using Petstay again!
Averil & Filey – – Bagshot Surrey, September 2015
Just to let you know I have just collected Lucy and wanted to give you some feedback. What can I say…..nothing but positive comments. Lucy looks fab, she was so obviously settled with Elizabeth and since coming back home. Lucy was arguably better treated there than with us!! What a lovely family and a trusted place to leave her with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elizabeth within PetStay!
Zoe & Lucy – Sandhurst , September 2015
Millie
Thank you – we had a wonderful holiday. We were very happy leaving Millie with Carol because we felt confident that she would be well cared for. On our return Millie seemed very relaxed and I’m sure she enjoyed her holiday too!! We would definitely leave Millie with Carol again.
Thanks again for everything.
Jane & Millie , Guildford, Surrey – September 2015
I was extremely nervous at the thought of leaving my Paddy whilst I went on holiday and wasn’t sure I would find anyone I would be happy leaving him with. After trying a few agencies I finally got in touch with Natasha who was keen to meet us and find Paddy the perfect holiday home. She completely understood my worries and knew exactly how I felt. She found the perfect holiday home for Paddy; we met up a couple of times before he went to stay so I was very reassured – and he had a brilliant time. I in turn, had a great holiday knowing he was happy and well cared for (and thoroughly enjoyed all the photos and updates I received whilst I was away). I couldn’t recommend PetStay Guildford more.
Jo & Paddy – Worplesdon, Surrey – August 2015
Charlie
We just wanted thank Clare (and her dog Penny!) so much for looking after Charlie during our recent holiday. Charlie is only just over a year old and is a very energetic cocker spaniel. I think Clare successfully managed to wear him out each day with her wonderful variety of walks and excursions that she took him on. He was also welcomed completely into her home and family like he was one of her own. She sent me lots of updates and photos whilst we were away, which were all lovely to see. I will most definitely look to use Clare again. Thank you!!
Laura & Charlie , Yateley Surrey – September 2015
Limerick
Limerick had a lovely stay with Carol ,it put my mind at rest knowing he was looked after so well I was able to text and check he was alright throughout my holiday in Thailand .Would definitely use Petstay again and recommend to anyone that wants a worry free holiday.
Dawn & Andrew – Guildford, Surrey – July 2015
Ruby
Ruby had a wonderful stay with Clare and family, not forgetting her new best friend Penny the Labrador!
It was the first time she’d been away from home and settled in very well with Clare.
Would highly recommend Petstay.
Dawn & Andrew – Guildford, Surrey – July 2015
Bluebell
Natasha was fantastic to deal with and found the ideal carer for Bluebell at extremely short notice. The carer Carol asked lots of questions about Bluebell’s habits and preferences and I left feeling very reassured, knowing that Bluebell would be in very good hands.
Joan – Woking, Surrey – June 2015
Bubbles and Baggins
Natasha looked after our crazy two-year old labradoodles for a long weekend, during which time she was very patient with them. In the time she had them, she really got to know them. They were very well cared for and reluctantly came home two happy doggies and actually missed her! We will definitely be using her again in the future.
Donna – Sandhurst – May 2015
Roxy & Indie
I just wanted to send a big thank you to you & Madison for having our two girls Roxy & Indie whilst we went on holiday earlier this month.
It was the first time they had been “on holiday” away from home as previously someone stayed at our house with them. They fell in love with Madison & you & are clearly still sulking now they are back home!
One of the by products of their holiday with you is that they have stopped pulling on the lead when we take them out… What magic did you perform?!
We have no hesitation in recommending Natasha at Petstay for having anyone’s ‘babies’ to stay. It was a stress free experience and the photographs/videos of their antics throughout the 10 days were superbly appreciated and put our minds at rest.
The girls are looking forwards to coming back in October!!!
Once again, many thanks
Catriona & Emma – May 2015
Cassie
Just wanted to say a big thank you for organising someone to care for Cassie while we were on holiday. When I picked her up she was happy and relaxed and had clearly been well looked after. It was particularly reassuring for us to meet with Carol before hand so that we knew Cassie was with the right person. We have no hesitation in booking Cassie to stay with Carol for our future holidays.
Many thanks and kind regards,
Julie, Greg and Cassie – Yateley, Hampshire – May 2015
Nellie
5 star – Petstay is one of the best places you could ever decide to send your dog on a holiday with! Excellent staff (Natasha) my dog looked so happy and had a fab time too. Would definitely recommend and would happily use again what a wonderful experience and loving environment for my dog thanks again.
Helen Nana Lulu Steere & Nellie – Guildford – April 2015
Maggie & Charlie
After researching online a number of Dog Carer’s available within the Surrey area we were lucky enough to find Natasha’s details on the Pet Stay website. Promising a ‘home from home’ environment really appealed to us as our dogs are used to having a lot of attention and we didn’t feel a kennel would be able to provide the same level of care. After a detailed consultation and a visit to Natasha’s home with our dogs, we felt really happy and comfortable leaving them in her care. Whilst away we received regular updates, photos and videos of our dogs having a lot of fun, and making themselves very comfortable in Natasha’s home! I would not hesitate to leave our dogs in Natasha’s care again, and would recommend her to anybody who needs a loving, caring ‘home from home’ dog carer.
Nicola, Maggie & Charlie – Surrey – March 2015
Reggie & Pepper
We sent our two staffies to Natasha in sandhurst, after a long chat which filled us with great confidence we had no worries whilst on holiday for 3 weeks. The service provided was a god send, my staffs reggie and pepper were well looked after, at an affordable price!
March 2015
Bud
Just wanted to say Thank you so much to Natasha for looking after my dog Bud recently. Natasha clearly loves animals and it shows when she is discussing your stay and whilst looking after your pet. It is a great comfort knowing Bud was in such a caring and safe environment whilst I was away. I would highly recommend her services and will be back when my next holiday is due!!

Effie
Myself and Effie would just like to say a massive thank you to Natasha Smith and Madison for giving me a relaxed holiday knowing my baby was in the best hands. You made me feel at ease from the start, and the fact she could bring all her favourite things with her. Also a big thanks for all the updates and pictures you sent. I would 100 percent bring her back to Petstay. Xxx

Frank
Been abroad and left our dog frank with someone else for the first time in his 2 year life. We were all very anxious as we would miss him loads but knew a home stay would Suit us all much better than a kennel stay, I can honestly say I didn’t worry about him once, missed him loads though! Natasha sent photos and videos of frank everyday which really put me at ease, I could see he was happy and content and not missing us at all! He made friends with her dog Madison and seemed To be happy to be around her horse whereas before he would bark at them when we were on walks. I will Definitely be using Natasha again and strongly advise anyone too, she cared for him so well and walked him when no one else but us had before. Thank you so much Natasha you are now a friend for life xxx
