Felt very reassured and happy leaving our Sid with Kerry and Bryan. Very lovely and genuine couple who were so helpful and understanding. They loved and cared for Sid, and we hope to use their services again.  I liked getting the WhatsApp photos and updates from Bryan too. I know Sid was well cared for.

This was my first time using PetStay and I will definitely use them again. Mabel has only ever stayed with my parents but I was more than happy to leave her with Julie. It was our first time using PetStay. The booking and pre-meet arrangements went really well and the Covid protocols were carefully observed. Janet and Arthur in Norfolk were great hosts with Jasper and Alfie, our cocker and labrador. They were helpful and friendly, are obviously very kind, and our dogs came back happy and in good health. Jasper is very elderly and they looked after his care requirements extremely well. They also sent photos while we were away. We are looking forward to our next trip in the autumn.

Hannah settled in with Fred and Dee very quickly. During her 3 day PetStay she was well looked after, as if she was their own dog, and she had lots of cuddles with Dee and even allowed some luxuries that she would not ordinarily have at home! Fred played with her, a favourite being a squeaky ball and she had lots of walks in the rain with Fred and Dee. After her stay, I found her transition back into life at home went smoothly afterwards, it was just as if she had never been away. I would recommend Fred and Dee as they included Hannah in their normal routine family life and were very attentive to her needs throughout the stay. She is due to stay with Fred and Dee again shortly and I am more than happy for her to stay with them in future.

Sammy stayed for 8 nights with Gerri and Mike while I was working away. It was her first time with them, and my first time using Petstay, (although she had spent a day previously to accustom her to them). They are a kind and lovely couple who clearly love dogs and looked after Sammy wonderfully. As a young cocker spaniel she is quite demanding of attention but they coped with her very well, even brushing her so that she came home without knots in her long hair. I would happily let her stay with them again.
I was also pleased with Petstay’s Sophia who was very pleasant and relaxed to communicate with.

We are so relieved to find PetStay and know that our dog, Colin, is in safe, friendly and professional hands. We managed to go on a holiday recently which was booked pre-Covid times. PetStay honoured our booking and ensured all safe procedures were in place for me and my husband, the sitters and our dog. Bryan and Kerry looked after Colin for 2 weeks. We were bowled over by how content and happy Colin was when we collected him. Bryan kept us regularly posted with photos of Colin’s day-to-day antics with walks, play and so on. I’ve been a PetStay Norfolk customer for several years now. We have booked to go away this June and July , unfortunately the covid19 has curtailed our holiday plans. I had my beautiful black Labrador Ebony stay with PetStay for a month whilst I was away on a cruise . Ebony is two years old & had never been left before so you can imagine I was slightly worried , I needn’t have been though because she was treated just like she was their own & cared for wonderfully well they went above & beyond , we met up a couple of times to make sure Ebony was happy & compatible with their dog Mary which she was so much so that they shared a bed to sleep comfy cosy together even though Ebony had her very own bed with her , Ebony was introduced to the family home & immediately felt & was very comfortable there so much in fact that when it was time to leave she was in no hurry to do so ..That to me spoke volumes, while I was away I reviewed many photos of the dogs together playing & having fun & snuggled up , I cannot fault the care Ebony received & will definitely book with them again without any hesitation . We left our very damaged German Shepperd rescue dog reluctantly as we had to go away for a week. We need not have worried Jessamy was cherry picked for the job, and what a job she did. Our 10 year old Golden Retriever, Bella, has taken her holidays with Marion several times over the last year. From the very start, Marion made her feel totally at home. Kerry & Bryan of Petstay recently looked after our two labrador dogs whilst we were on a two week holiday. One is a sedate 9 year old and the other a lively 2 year old. This was the first time we had used a Petsitting agency and were a little apprehensive.

Both Kerry and Bryan coped brilliantly with our dogs and provide them with a very caring and loving home environment. We received regular whatsapp message telling us about what they had been up to and they had just a good a holiday as we did!! it was clear that Kerry and Bryan very much loved looking after dogs and we happy to include them in all that they did. Being new dog owners (6 months) we didn’t want to put our retired racing greyhound in kennels in case he thought he was being returned. We heard about Pet Stay through my friend’s mum who is a carer. Although she was not suitable as has small animals, Sophia matched us with Kerry and Bryan who do not have any other animals. Eddie has now had two short stays with Kerry and Bryan and we wouldn’t hesitate to board Eddie with them again. He had a wonderful time, received so much love and attention, in fact they treated him how they would their own dog. They sent us pictures on WhatsApp so we could be reassured that he has having a lovely time. This is so much better than putting a dog in kennels. I had never used PetStay before, but from start to finish the experience has been a good one .Minnie went to stay for a week with Jennifer and Don while we went on holiday, I took Minnie along to meet them before the holiday so I could see what they were like and the house where she would be staying and also to see if they all got on which instantly I felt that she would be okay with them as they are such a lovely couple. I took Minnie over on the Saturday and spent a couple of hours with her to let her settle in and then left of course feeling a little apprehensive as this was the first time I had left her, but every day Jenny and Don sent me pictures of Minnie and themselves taking her for walks to lots of different places which I was so pleased with. Shadow is a black labrador and was just under 10 months when he went to stay with Hilda. He had never stayed away from home before so I was very concerned about leaving him anywhere. I’d been round a couple of kennels and didn’t like what I saw and then a friend suggested PetStay.

It was incredibly easy to sort out when I contacted PetStay and soon had a visit arranged to meet Hilda. As soon as we arrived it felt right and Shadow made himself at home straight away investigating the surroundings and playing with tennis balls. It certainly put my mind at ease.

I was still a bit nervous leaving Shadow for a week but Hilda was so lovely and welcoming that I went away on holiday without any concerns whatsoever. I called Hilda a couple of times when we were away and heard about the things he’d been up to and it meant I could completely relax on holiday. When we returned Shadow had obviously had a lovely time and whenever I go away again I will definitely use PetStay and hopefully Hilda.

This was the first time that we had ever had to leave our dog Rodney with anyone other than a family member so we were very anxious about it. Sophia set up a meeting with the prospective carers Kerry and Bryan and as soon as we met them our concerns were allayed. They made us and Rodney feel so welcome and obviously had an affinity with dogs, Within minutes Rodney was outside exploring their lovely big back garden while we sat and chatted over a coffee, going over the details and procedure of the stay in a relaxed and friendly manner. Rodney had a wonderful time with Kerry and Bryan and they kept us updated with texts and photos. They took him on lots of walks including a trip to the beach which he loves. We would definitely use Petstay again and recommend them to other dog owners. Next time we book a holiday we will be checking to see if Kerry and Bryan are free!

Our dog, Desmond, has stayed with Sophia of PetStay Norfolk on several occasions now, and he always has the best time with her and her dog Mary. Two of Desmond’s stays with Sophia have been longer than two weeks, and it’s clear he feels very at home. Sophia kindly sends me photos, short videos and an update every day, so we feel fully informed of how he’s doing. Other carers that we previously interviewed were people of the generation who don’t use mobile phones, which made us uncomfortable about staying in immediate contact while we were away. Sophia is switched on and responds promptly to any questions we have. She’s also very knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviour, but most importantly she is warm and caring toward Desmond. This makes us feel very confident leaving him with PetStay Norfolk when we go on holiday. In fact, his holidays usually turn out better than ours!

We’ve had two long weekends away and our dogs were so well looked with Jessamy both times we really don’t worry about them at all. Jessamy goes out of her way to make sure the dogs are comfortable (they never seem like they want to come home when we pick them up so they are obviously happy!). One of the weekends was very hot and Jessamy was getting up at some ungodly hour to walk them in the woods. The service I received from PetStay was excellent; I only needed a couple of days for Milo to be looked after and Sophia was extremely helpful and found me a placement the very same day. Milo and I went to meet Jenefer and Don and they made us extremely welcome and Milo took to them straight away. Whilst I was away, Jenefer kept me posted with calls and photographs and I must admit, this having been the first time that I had left him, I felt truly comfortable and confident that he was in very good hands! Sophia found us wonderful carers for our little diabetic dog Mazi, Gerri and Mike. We liked them at once as did Mazi who is a nervous little dog. They are such lovely people and even cooked chicken to go with her diabetic food so she would eat it all. They took her on such lovely walks, using her buggy when necessary. I cannot speak highly enough of the loving care they gave her and all the updates we received. Sophia did a brilliant job at finding them. PetStay were fabulous. I had never left my 10yr old dog Max with anyone other than close friends/family. Max stayed with Lindsey and Mike and had a fantastic holiday himself. Both Lindsey and Mike made me feel very comfortable leaving him with them as they were so loving towards him. Whilst away I received regular texts and photos of how Max was getting on. He had the most wonderful time, lots of walking and playing. I had a very relaxing holiday knowing he was having so much fun and in such safe, loving care. I would highly recommend and am already considering my next holiday. I’m sure Max will be just as pleased at the prospect of another holiday with Lindsey and Mike. Just picked up our dog from Joan, one of PetStay Norfolk’s carers and what a wonderful time he’s had! This was the first time we had left Bertie so we were apprehensive of him being away from us but he had a wonderful time with Gwen and Paul. I even had updates on what he was doing. He soon settled in and was happy curled up on the sofa next to Gwen, going for lovely walks and sleeping on Gwen’s bed! They received us in their house and met Rupert, we went through a short interview so they knew all of Rupert’s needs. When applying for my dog Ruby’s weekend accommodation with PetStay I had a quick response to my initial phone call. My dog needs constant companionship and it would not be suitable for her to stay in kennels. She stayed with Margaret and Kevin. My golden retriever CJ has never stayed away with strangers before so I was a bit apprehensive but I needn’t have been as the service I got from Sophia and the care CJ got from Carolyn and Martin was excellent.
What I really like about PetStay is that your dog meets the carers about a week before to get to know each other and the place so that when they go to stay it is familiar to them.
Carolyn and Martin are such a lovely couple, they did a fantastic job in looking after CJ, Carolyn sent us a what’s app everyday and told us what they had been up to.

Carolyn looked after Mary while I was away for a few days. She is not the easiest dog, lovely to people but can be reactive to dogs and definitely tries to clear the world from cats, so knowing I can leave her in the capable hands of Carolyn is a big relief. “I could write a long essay about how grateful I am to have made contact with you but I’ll keep it brief !!!

I explained to you the really bad experience I had with this “so called” dog sitter where my boys were put in the garage and when I picked three up they were clearly distressed!

After being recommended your services and speaking to you about how anxious I felt now leaving my boys, you mentioned one of your careers to me , Jessamy.

Now my boys are young chaps and have heaps of energy and need lots of exercise but they are not bad dogs at all.

We met Jessamy and she and the boys seemed to get on ok.

They had a. Good run around her house so I felt reassured to look at leaving them with Jessamy.

They were dropped off at her house and she made sure all their food, blankets and toys were sorted out.

I was so impressed at how attentive she was to every little detail about them.

When I was away she sent me updates and photos.

They have since stayed again and I am happy to also comment that we have a few more weekends booked in!!!!

Jessamy has been such a lifesaver because they are good boys, they just are young with lots of energy!!

I do like the pet stay policy of keeping dogs in leads at all times when out walking, again this is another professional aspect to a very well run company!!

From the very start the service I received was very professional, I spoke to Sophia who was very helpful and she found me a lady called Julie who lived close by and who could have Quinn on the dates I needed. After speaking to Julie we arranged a meet and greet where Quinn got to meet Julie and her 2 french bulldogs Steve and Tinks, we then did a nights sleepover to see how Quinn got on, she was fine so we booked her for my holiday. Julie kept me up to date about how Quinn was getting on with numerous texts, photos and videos and also stuck to my daily regime, walks and feeding times and it was clear to see that Quinn settled in well. We were really pleased with the service provided by PetStay Norfolk. Carolyn and Martin were excellent in their care of our Springador Hannah. They sent us text updates throughout her stay to let us know how she was settling in and kept to her routine so that she felt secure. Hannah’s stay with Carolyn and Martin coincided with Guy Fawkes weekend, so they had the extra challenge of keeping Hannah calm during the fireworks. This they did brilliantly so we have already booked two future sits!

I contacted PetStay with quite short notice before our holiday as I had been let down by a family member and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. They straight away let me know of their availability and that they were able to find someone to look after my 2 doggies for 4 days. Another great thing is that the lady who looked after the dogs was just 2 minutes away so they didn’t feel too far from home and it was easy enough to drop and pick them up. We met Carolyn before we went on holiday and the dogs took to her straight away. Carolyn made sure she knew everything she needed to know about the dogs and all checks were done properly which made us feel even more at ease. Me and my partner were unable to drop the dogs off to Carolyn’s as we were on holiday but my mother in law informed me that they went off fine. To put my mind even more at ease Carolyn sent me photos and informed me that the dogs were absolutely fine and they looked incredibly settled in and looked like they felt right at home with Carolyn. When it came to collecting the dogs, I had let Carolyn know that we had a long flight delay and explained how we would be late to pick the dogs up which we felt really bad about. However Carolyn was amazing and completely understood that things like that can happen and said it wasn’t a problem. I informed Carolyn when we were half an hour away from collecting the dogs and she let me know that she had packed all of the dogs bits and bobs ready for collection. The dogs seemed extremely happy and content when we picked them up. I would highly recommend PetStay to anyone as I love the concept of my dogs staying in someone’s home rather than kennels and would like to thank Carolyn for treating the dogs like her own 🙂

It was with great trepidation and anxiety that we arranged for our beloved 6 year old Standard Schnauzer to embark on a PetStay arranged by Sophia with Julie.
Why did we wait 6 years ?? Within 15 minutes after leaving Max we received a photo and text of Max showing him behaving in a jolly manner in the garden. This gave us complete reassurance that he would be cared for perfectly. Pet Stay is absolutely brilliant. Kennels were an absolute no for us as we didn’t want to put Bobby back in an environment he had spent so long in as a puppy. Pet stay paired us with a wonderful lady who has completely spoilt him with attention! He adores people and he has really managed to bond with Carolyn. We received many pictures of him on his day trips including going to the pub and the cafe. It was so nice feeling at ease, knowing your pet is in the best care. From first initial telephone call to assess your dogs needs and personality, to placing you with the most perfect carers we found petstay extremely professional and have your dogs welfare are heart.

Our little man Marley, an 11yr old cocker spaniel, is very dear to our hearts and when we were placed with Kevin and Margaret Gaffney we couldn’t have been more overjoyed.

From the onset Kevin and Margaret put us at our ease, and Marley took to them straight away which put our minds at rest.

Kevin and Margaret care for Marley as if he was there own. The love they have for caring for our precious little boy shines through and they are extremely devoted. Nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to follow any requests however unusual to make Marley feel comfortable and at home.

They give regular updates while you are away to settle your mind and way lay any worries or concerns you may have.

We can leave Marley with Kevin and Margaret knowing he will be thoroughly spoilt and he will be looked after as well if not better than he does at home, and is never stressed when we pick him up.

My 9 year-old Rottweiler Dexter has never stayed in kennels he has always been in his own home with a family member moving in to look after him. PetStay ensured that Dexter and I meet the carer and checked his vet records and behaviour traits before we went to the next stage. I appreciate not everyone wants a 9 stone alpha male Rottie to care for hence the trial meeting is so important for all concerned and PetStay ensures everyone meets in the carers home which is fabulous as not many dog sitter accommodate this.
Dexter had a one night trial before we left the UK for 7days probably more for me then him ( ha ha) all I can say he had the best time Carolyn sent me texts as though they were from Dexter also photos which I loved and most of my family did too. We would look forward to them, so thank you for that extra service much appreciated.
On our return I was so apparent Dexter was not stressed completely happy in his surroundings and with Carolyn . I couldn’t ask for more and will use PetStay again and again.

We were very happy with Tess’s stay with Carolyn and Martin. 

We left our greyhound Tess with Carolyn and Martin whilst we went on holiday from the 15th to the 26th September. We dropped Tess off at their home on the way to the airport and picked her up om the way back. Carolyn and Martin were very flexible and obliging about an early morning drop off and a potentially late evening pick up.
They treated Tess as one of their family, sharing taking her for walks with their daughter; moving her bed and a rug around the their house so she was with them during the evening and letting her use their their garden for sleeps in the sun (one of her favourite pastimes!).
They regularly sent texts and pictures on WhatsApp re-assuring us that Tess was enjoying her stay. On picking her up it was quite clear that she had experienced a great time and was very relaxed and happy. Carolyn and Martin are genuine, nice, dog lovers and we would have no hesitation in leaving Tess with them again.

Our 8-month-old puppy, Desmond, boarded with Sophia, her 2 dogs and family for over 2 weeks while we were on holiday. It was the first time we were away from our puppy for this length of time, and we were a bit nervous leaving him. But Sophia, her 2 dogs and family made Desmond feel right at home, and she took excellent care of him. She kindly sent us photos and short videos every day so we could see Desmond enjoying himself on walks and playing with the other dogs. She took him on several good walks every day and even bathed and groomed him, so he was fresh and clean when we collected him. The only thing is that Desmond is now missing his new doggie friends! We highly recommend Sophia and PetStay Norfolk — and so does Desmond!

Never having left my cavalier, Holly with anyone but family before, it took me a long time to find what was right for both of us as Holly is quite timid. However I needn’t have worried as Sophia was able to find two excellent, attentive pet carers. Both Jessamy, and Jennifer and Dom have been absolutely superb. I could tell Holly was very comfortable with them as on collecting her she was still happy to be fussed by them and then eager to go into their houses on her second visit. Both sets of carers clearly adore dogs and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was right for Holly. Their reassurance and regular updates allowed me to totally relax when away knowing she was in good hands. Thank you.

I cannot recommend Petstay Norfolk highly enough. From the moment of our first enquiries to a very friendly Sophia, who seemed to understand my nerves at the mere enquiry of leaving our dog in a stranger’s house, to the meeting with our potential carers, Jenefer and Don, who are just wonderful. We had never left our King Charles Spaniel before, even though he is 7, and it was now unavoidable with wanting to do children’s things on holidays. Kennels are so impersonal, no matter how small or family-run they are.
From the moment we arrived for the first meeting with our carers, Our dog walked into their house and made it his own, just like we had been there before. After that we had no doubt that this was right for us and he would be well cared for. We received daily messages and photos whilst we were away, which was hugely reassuring, and on picking him up at the end of our holiday, I’m not sure he missed us at all!
We have recommended Petstay to all we know, and would have no hesitation in using them again. 5 ***** all round!

We wanted to thank Carolyn and Martin for taking the best care of our dog while we were away for more than 3 weeks. It was the first time we have used this service as she was only a year old. My son was distraught about going on holiday as he didn’t want to be separated from her but knowing that she was staying at a home and not in kennels helped. As promised, there was at least a photo everyday and it became evident that our dog was having a better holiday than we were! This completely put our mind at ease. Annie, our 6 month old puppy, recently stayed with PetStay while we were on holiday. Throughout the booking stage Sophia (the owner) and Eleta (Annie’s carer), explained everything asked lots of questions and took time to get to know Annie. While we were on holiday, Eleta sent us regular updates by text and e-mail about where Annie had been for a walk, other dogs she’d played with and her general puppy antics around the house and garden. When we collected her, it was clear she had been loved and cared for.

Our first family holiday since having our beloved boys posed the problem, who can we leave them with. I found PetStay via Google and was relieved to be told they had a carer near where I lived who was available for the dates we were away. From the moment I met Eleta, I knew our boys would be in good hands. The boys jumped onto her lap and promptly fell asleep so there was instant approval from them too. This was Betty’s first ‘big’ stay away from home and I was very anxious about it all. Carolyn was brilliant and reassured me that Betty would be taken care of in my absence. Betty had a great time and I know she was looked after properly. Carolyn and Martin took a lot of time in making her comfortable in the heat. Unfortunately she went to them with an ear infection so ear drops needed to be applied. No problem. The regular updates on Betty were gratefully received. We were very apprehensive about leaving Murphy to travel to Italy for our son’s wedding as he is 15 and has never been left with anyone outside the family before. Sophia from Petstay reassured us from the outset that she would be able to find a suitable family for Murphy and suggested Gwen and Paul. When we went to meet them they welcomed Murphy into their home so well that we were able to leave him when we went away with confidence, knowing that he would be well looked after as one of their family. He was well and happy when we went to collect him and we could tell that they had looked after him as if he was their own. Gwen had even sat up in the night to cuddle him when he was feeling upset. This was Tara’s first stay with Carolyn and Martin. We were confident on our first meeting with them that Tara would be very well looked after and after returning from our holiday it was obvious this was the case, she was behaving just as she would at home and didn’t seem to have missed us at all. We were sent updates by text which was reassuring and this lovely photo of her enjoying the garden. All information given to Carolyn and Martin was taken on board and acted upon, we would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.
Tara is blind and we were worried that it would be difficult to find carers to commit to her but our worries were unfounded, we have used Petstay carers before and they have all been perfect for Tara, this visit being no exception.

Sophia at PetStay Norfolk was fantastic and very helpful in finding Daisy a holiday home. Finding the right carer was extremely important for us. On our first meeting with Julie we felt very confident that Daisy would be looked after well. Julie’s love for animals was very clear and her experience with dogs, especially frenchies, gave us so much confidence. We were away for 9 Days and Julie exceeded our expectations. It is really difficult for us to go away and leave Daisy behind, but Julie was so amazing, updating us regularly about how Daisy was doing and sending us pictures and text to keep us informed. Harry had a wonderful holiday whilst we were away.  He was booked into 5 star accommodation in a delightful village in Norfolk and on his arrival Gerri and Mike took him for a walk to explore the countryside.

We re homed Harry at 5 months and he has several food allergies and intolerance’s. Harry was also very anxious at being left for any length of time but he has grown out of that.   He is 3 years old now and this is the first time we have felt able to leave him.

Gerri and Mike took him to Cromer by train!! then onto the pier to watch the antiques roadshow being filmed.  He behaved impeccably and we are impatiently waiting for the B.B.C to broadcast this episode.

Gerri sent us a text on the first day of our holiday to say how well he had settled in so we would not worry. We just hope that when we are able to book our next holiday Gerri and Mike are not fully booked a year in advance.

From our first visit to Gerri and Mike to introduce Harry to them I knew he would be looked after as if their own.

“Our 6 months old Jack Russel puppy Mira went to see Sophia from PetStay Norfolk while we went away for on a business trip where we could not take her with us. As this was the first time leaving her with someone else we were unsure how Mira would like it. Sophia and her family were great with our little dog and accepted her as part of their family in no time. Mira felt so happy and well looked after, we could see it from all the pictures Sophia sent us every day. Quickly we knew that Mira was well looked after and even got spoilt with love and attention the whole duration of her stay. – How could she not? “Jessamy looked after our lively springer spaniel, Jess for a week and then a long weekend in February. We were quite nervous as we’ve never left her with anyone unknown to us before and she’s quite a sensitive dog. Jessamy exceeded our expectations. She went out of her way to welcome Jess, gave her lots of exercise and play times. She kept in touch sending us photos and when we took Jess back for her second stay, she was so excited when she realised where we were going and went straight in to Jessamy’s house without any hesitation. “This was the first time Harriet and Gypsy had been to stay with Adrian and Christine, with PetStay.

Having had a meeting visit a few months ago, Harriet and Gypsy had no hesitation going in the door on a very snowy morning, the day the snow came down in Norfolk.

Adrian welcomed them in along with their box of tricks, and that was it! Get comfy on the sofa, get out a ball and hold Adrian to ransom for the never ending game of ball ball!

On our return a week later, the girls were so relaxed and chilled out, but hopefully pleased we had come to take them home! They were obviously looked after extremely well, and hopefully Adrian and Christine are happy to have them again in the year when they are booked in.

This is the first time my dog Cara has stayed with PetStay. Following a very bad experience with a previous house sitter. Garry and Sandra made myself and Cara very welcome. They were keen to get to know as much about her as possible. The regular photos were very reassuring. When the time came to collect my dog she was completely happy and relaxed. Our beagle Toffee was looked after by Karen. We were nervous as this was the first time we had left her. We got to meet Karen and her dog Jasmine before the stay which was great. Jack was so settled and happy with Kevin and Margaret just before Christmas, that I have booked him in again in December and they are more than happy to have him. They followed his routine to the letter; he is an anxious dog and sometimes doesn’t eat if he is uncomfortable but that was not the case this time. Would definitely recommend this lovely couple.

This was my first time using pet stay. Jessamy was our chosen Carer for my dogs, buster(border terrier x ) and joey (patterdale terrier). Jessamy was friendly and was keen to get to know buster and joey. I was a little unsure how I would feel leaving them with someone new and I didn’t really know, but Jessamy understood and was really reassuring. Buster and Joey stayed with Jessamy for 4 days, during this time I received messages and photos which was great. I felt totally relaxed knowing they were both well looked after. Thank you.

Holly is a 7 year old Terrier Cross who has never faired well in kennels so when I saw an advert for PetStay this looked like a perfect alternate. Jessamy was brilliant from the moment we first met to the time we picked up Holly 14 days later. I spoke at length to Sophia at quite short notice about my dog who had never been to kennels or a strange dog sitter without his ” doggie brothers” . She was able to take on board all my concerns and place Fudge with an ideal person for him and he clearly had a super time as he wasn’t at all stressed or overly excited by our return.

A fantastic a friendly service that stayed true to every promise and then some!
Our dog was introduced to the carer’s animals in an open and neutral space before being taken to the house to check the place out. We talked over every aspect of our animal’s medical and personal history as well as her behaviours. It felt as though our cared really wanted to make our dog part of the family.
During our time away, we received regular updates via WhatsApp showing our dog having a great time and being really well cared for.
All this for a price comparable to the cold, unfriendly kennels we’ve seen but felt uncomfortable using in the past.

We have just come back from a 3 day break, having left our three re-homed dogs Bonnie, Trigger and Buster with Mike and Geri for the first time. They were made very welcome, walked daily and had plenty of exercise playing in the large garden. They were looked after very well even spoilt a little. Sammy and Cooper have just come back from their first stay with Kerry at PetStay. They have only ever stayed with family before so we were a little worried how they would get on and whether they would behave themselves. Kerry was very warm and welcoming and the dogs loved her straightaway. Booking up at short notice with PetStay Norfolk, Sophia was very professional in finding the right people to look after our two six year. old sibling sister cockers Honey and Sophie. Kerry and her family in Norwich, were perfect carers for the week we were away in Devon. Made us feel relax on holiday with photos and updates of how the dogs where getting on and pampered them as if they were their own. My wife, being very anxious of how her ‘babies’ where going to be looked after, had her mind put at ease while away.

Poppy really enjoyed meeting Sophia and her 2 dogs a couple of times before her stay, and a visit to Sophia’s home. As owners we were very happy whilst away, knowing Poppy was safe and enjoying herself, and not lonely as she was on a previous kennel experience. We were sent lots of photos of Poppy whilst we were away too. On return Poppy greeted us warmly and Sophia reported back on her stay in detail before we returned home. I’d just like to say that Adrian and Christine at Long Stratton took great care of our rescue dog Pixie. She was so calm and well behaved when we collected her after 17 days. She was in rescue kennels for 7 months before we found her so we didn’t want her to go through that again.

‘We were apprehensive about leaving our dogs with carers as one them was just a year and half old, with no experience of being away from us. The older dog had bad arthritis so had exercise restrictions and a regime of medication. We shouldn’t have worried. The boys were so chilled out when we came to collect them nearly a week later. They were never left alone and were included in their carers’ living area, even on the couch. Not only did they eat well and exercised well with walks, chasing birds and playing football, but obviously LOVED as well. We couldn’t look after them any better.
As a result, we will be booking them in for more holiday time with their carers, and have no hesitation about recommending this site to any dog owners who love their pets like a family member.’

We left our 5 month old puppy ‘Poppy’ with Kerry for three very happy days. It was Poppy’s first overnight holiday away from us and we were naturally worried but had absolutely no need to be. Poppy was the only dog in the house and was treated as one of the family- she enjoyed a trip to the beach, lovely walks and visits to the park. From start to finish Kerry was only concerned that Poppy would enjoy her stay and be well looked after- we were left in no doubt that Kerry and her family would look after Poppy as if she were their own. I received updates on how Poppy was doing during her stay. We will use Kerry again in the future without hesitation.

Our beloved Jack Russell Tara stayed with Delna in Norfolk for a few days at the end of May. The situation was perfect for Tara who is blind. With a lovely house and garden to play in she soon made herself at home.
The attention she received from the carer couldn’t have been better and she was still the same happy little dog when we picked her up as she was when we left her.

I was extremely worried & nervous about leaving my beloved fur babies, Max & Ruby, in kennels while we were on holiday. I looked at so many on the internet but couldn’t bear the thought of them in a ‘concrete cell’. Luckily I came across Petstay. It sounded perfect & would stop me worrying on my holidays. The booking process was easy, yet personal.

My dogs got to stay with Jessica. We went for a visit beforehand & they seemed right at home instantly. Jessica kindly agreed to send me photos & updates regularly. They looked like they were having the best time, I was worried they wouldn’t want to come home.

We have only had friends look after our Welshie Wilby before as he did not like kennels at all and got very stressed. My husband was going into hospital and it was necessary to look for care for our very spoilt and valued dogs. I found Petstay on the internet and from the time I contacted them I was impressed by their professionalism. Immediately I felt I had found the right company. At our introduction to our dog carers we were both immediately reassured that our dogs would be well looked after. Molly and Dave stayed with Margaret and Kevin for 4 nights where they were spoilt and cared for as if they were at home. I cannot praise them enough for the care they have to the dogs and the support they gave to me following my husband’s operation and feel I have made good friends.
