Here are the few simple stages of booking with PetStay.

1st: Ring or email your local branch to discuss your dogs requirements and dates.
2nd: We will explain all about PetStay and what your next steps would be.
3rd: We then take all details about your dog and then match them to the most suitable carer.
4th: A meeting will be organised for you and your dog to meet the carer.
5th: If you are 100% happy with your carer you would then be ready to book with PetStay.
6th: No later than 5 days after your initial meeting, complete our on-line booking form and pay the arrangement fee.
7th: An email confirmation will be sent to you.
8th: You’re all booked in and don’t have to worry about anything.
9th: Drop your dog off at the carer’s house with food, a bed. toys and anything else you think they might need.
10th: Go away with complete peace of mind and have a wonderful holiday.

*PetStay Arrangement Fee

Our daily rate is made up of the Arrangement Fee and the Carer’s Allowance.  These are 2 separate payments.  The Arrangement Fee is a payment to arrange and confirm the booking of your dog’s stay, and is due for payment within 5 days of meeting your dog carer.  For a repeat booking the Arrangement Fee is payable within 5 days of your requested dates being confirmed by PetStay.

The Arrangement Fee is non-refundable or non- transferable

The Arrangement Fee is for the service provided by your local PetStay branch in selecting a suitably matched dog carer for you and your dog.  The Arrangement Fee also represents a proportion of all the administration and ongoing business costs, including but not limited to, Public Liability and Employer Liability insurance, licensing, recruitment of carers, advertising, 24/7 support to carers, and business documentation giving you peace of mind and your dog a quality home dog boarding experience with PetStay.

This is the first time I’ve used PetStay for my 6 year old dog Lottie and have been so impressed with the service provided by Jason. Lottie stayed with Mark and his 2 dogs and I could not of wished for a better career! Mark took amazing care of my little girl whilst we were on holiday and sent me lots of updates and photos, which really reassured me that Lottie was settled and happy. When I came to collect Lottie she was obviously very pleased to see me but equally was also sad to leave Mark as she gave him a big love before she left and I just knew she had a very happy time during her stay. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone as he is such a kind considerate career and treated Lottie just like one of his own dogs.

This is the second time I’ve used Petstay for Lottie, our 4 year old Large Munsterlander, I must say I have total peace of mind every time I use the service, John who looks after Lottie treats her as his own and takes amazing care of her whilst we are away. She gets plenty of walks and soon settles into a new temporary home environment, I think John really loves looking after Lottie and I think Lottie even misses him, When its time to pick her up, obviously we have missed her and we are all exited to see her again, she is in very good, clean, healthy condition with no signs of stress at all. I was very cautious initially as I had never left my dog before. However Hannah made me feel so comfortable throughout the process.  Max stayed with Chelsea, she was amazing. I had regular updates and pictures of Max throughout his stay. Max came home absolutely shattered after playing constantly for 2 days but he obviously loved it.

I cannot recommend Chelsea and Hannah enough. I will definitely be using pet stay again. Thank you ladies xx.

Trina and Phil looked after our 12 year old yorkie Penny when we went on a 2 week cruise, and we were quite stressed beforehand, as she had just lost her sight through cataracts only 3 weeks before we went away. But Trina and Phil were superb, allowing us to have a few pre-visits with Penny to get her used to her new surroundings. They were kind, attentive and patient with her, and kept her to her familiar routines as much as possible. They also sent us daily photos and videos of her walking and having cuddles, and that really reassured us whilst we were away. We would recommend PetStay and Trina and Phil any time, they are excellent.

I was a bit nervous about leaving with Lenny with someone he didn’t know, and because he can be a handful at times, but I needn’t of worried. I wanted to drop you a line to say how lovely one of your home boarders Jackie Bacon is as she looked after our Jack Russell Terrier ‘Manx’ whilst we were away on holiday for 11 days last month. I recently had to find a carer for my dog “Wilma”, this is always a hard thing to do for me as she is more than a dog she’s my family. I wanted her to be well cared for so I got in touch with Hannah at PetStay as we have used them before and they were amazing. Excellent service even prior to my dogs holiday. Hannah was trying really hard to find the best suitable temporary home for my 3 year old Staffordshire bull terrier Chloe even though I contacted her only three weeks before my holiday. And she did. Janet and Michael were so lovely and took a great care of Chloe. We got lots of pictures and videos as well so we could see how much is chloe enjoying herself. My 2 year old beagle Max stayed with Liz for 10 days whilst we were on holiday – and what a massive help she was. This was Max’s first time away from home and does tend to struggled settling in new environemnts, he is also your typical mischievous beagle! I’ve been using Petstay for the last 1 1/2 years. It is a fantastic service which always provides reassurance about how William is doing. I have a regular carer called Maureen and she walks William four times a day with her dog rocky. Both of the dogs have a fantastic time and Maureen keeps me updated as much as I require. The service is always spot on and it’s fantastic to know that William is so well looked after when I am away.

The service is always efficient and easy to use online. All-round an excellent service for those pets are known as which I would recommend to anyone who is interested.

I collected the dogs today from Christine’s house, she had just returned from a dog-walk to Woodbank Park:) I thought you might like some feedback as Christine is a new carer on your books.
I just wanted to let you know that she’s done a fantastic job of looking after both dogs, they both looked really settled and not at all bothered about coming home with me. Christine really knows dogs (as you said!) and is really observant of their little quirks and mannerisms, she summed up my two dogs’ characters really well and seemed really fond of them. I’m really pleased with the warm care that she gave to them both. She’s obviously a real animal lover, I would definitely recommend her as a carer and would be more than happy to board with her again:) Many thanks for all your help sorting out care for my doggles!
